Edgewise Group was founded on September 2nd 2011 by Preye V. Tambou and the company is administered by his team across Nigeria, West Africa. Preye Tambou is a high flyer Business, Readership, and Personnel Development Consultant, Freelance Writer & Content Management Personnel, Author and Entrepreneur. Among several awards, he has won Africa Young Achievers Award, Best Executive of the Year Award, and Merit Award of Excellence. He is a public speaker, student mentor, youth coach, passionate gifted writer, editor, a book advocate, and author of several books, including his bestselling book The World is a School.
He was born on 26th of February 1987 in Lagos Island Nigeria and from a polygamous family of 17 siblings. He hailed from Ayakoromo Town, Burutu Local Government in Delta State and Ayama Town, Ekeremo Local Government Area in Bayelsa State. He had His primary education in Irepodu Primary School ketu Lagos, started his secondary education in Comprehensive High School Agidi Ketu Lagos. But while in JSS1 his Dad died in 1999 and that made him moved on to continued his secondary education in Government College Bomadi, Delta State. After junior secondary school in Bomadi, he received a transfer to Ayakoromo Grammer School, Burutu Local Government Area in Delta State where he completed his senior secondary school in year 2004. In year 2005, he came back to Lagos State with a dream to make a difference. In 2007 he started and finished School of Disciple owned by The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), a church where he has been a worker for over 19 years. He studied BSc Economics in the University of Lagos, 2011-2015.
Preye have held several sensitive positions like Youth President, Campus Ambassador, Chief Editor, Director of Education, and Coordinator of Human Resource Departments in different companies, groups, churches, and organizations.
More so, he has been featured as guest in many television interviews, radio discussions, newspapers, seminars and talk show programmes. His mission is to inspire, motivate and educate people through books, seminars, workshops, counseling, consulting and coaching.
He loves innovation, invention, risk taking, networking, writing, swimming, adventure, gospel music, volunteering, and adding value. He is passionate about helping people discover and live their dreams, assisting young people to become committed to lifelong self-improvement and develop life skills and strategies to be all they can be.
